Making Advent Wreaths

Today was the first Sunday in Advent (11/29/09), the season of preparation for Christmas and the birth of Jesus. Joe Hensley, Jr. , Assistant Rector, led the singing with his guitar and afterwards had a brief introduction about ways to celebrate Advent using the wreath at home. Advent wreath making is one of many of our intergenerational events at our Parish.
