Choir Alternative Gifts Fair

     Today, 12/5/10, was our first of two Annual Alternative Gifts Fair Sundays we have at St. Luke's Church.  Next Sunday will be our last AGF for the year.  We have many of you that share the blessings you have been given by purchasing your holiday gifts this year from one or more of our 27 organizations coming into our 18th annual Alternative Gifts Fair.  You then can pass those blessings on to your friends and family in the form of a gift card, small pin or other gift you have purchased at the Fair.  You will make a world of difference in the lives of individuals and families supported by our AGF participants.  It's a chance to give gifts of love, hope and healing in a hurting world. 

      A full list of the27 participating organizations is:  Advent Calendars, American Red Cross, Bishop's Blend Coffee, Church World Service, Cribs for Kids, Crosses of Belize, Duke Pediatric Blood & Marrow Transplant Family Support Program, Episcopal Relief and Development, Habitat for Humanity of Durham, HEIFER International, Holy Cross Anglican School, Housing For New Hope, Interfaith Food Shuttle, Interfaith Hospitality Network, Maple Court Veterans Transitional Housing, Meals on Wheels, Senior Santa Program, One World Market, Senior PHARMassist, Share Your Christmas, Society of St. Andrew, St. Luke's School, Threshold, Toys for Tails, Uniting NC, Urban Ministries of Durham, WISER, and YO Durham.
