Alternative Gifts Fair

The Alternative Gifts Fair was held 12/6/09 and 12/13/09 and has been held for the last seventeen years at St. Luke's.  It provides the opportunity to literally give a gift that keep on giftng.  Opportunities to give with a difference abound - the Church World Service, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels Senior Santa Program were just a few - more are shown below.  This year we had a very special registration for the National Bone Marrow Donor Program, and it enrolled 45 new people in their Registry.  This Fair gathered $12,000 for our Outreach program and was a smashing success.  We far exceeded everyone's expectations.  Jean Willard, founder of this fair, stated that ". . . your gifts have richly blessed countless people here and around the world.  My thanks to each of you who gift by gift has brought love, hope, and healing to a hurting world."
