Epiphany Season Series: Liturgy and living - signs of the times

The Book of Common Prayer
The liturgy, the worship of the church, is not just something we do on Sunday. Liturgy has the potential to touch all areas and times of our lives. This series will explore liturgy for each day, week, season, and occasion of our lives. We will delve into a variety of resources including the Book of Common Prayer, Hymnal, and more. There will be a mix of practical tips on how to bring liturgy into our everyday life (sights, sounds, tastes, and smells) as well as historical and theological background. Each session will include real stories from real people, helping us understand how our friends and neighbors are interweaving liturgy and life in actual practice. The leadership team for these classes is composed of our clergy as well as Barbara Longmire and Mark Ambrose.
